Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery
All products ship from our facility in Deer Park, Wisconsin. Standard ground shipping typically arrives within 5-10 business days from the ship date, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you need an order expedited, please contact us and we will talk through options. Any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, we ship to residential and commercial addresses within the contiguous United States only. Please refrain from using an address with a PO Box, as some carriers refuse delivery which will delay your order. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations unless prior arrangements have been made.
International Shipping
Our products are made from American Whitetail deer, a wildlife-origin material subject to U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service export regulations under 50 CFR Part 14 and international import restrictions related to Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD). As a result, we do not ship our products internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Deer's Leather Company is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at (715) 269-5118 and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.
